Building Connections Through Playful Improv

An 8‑week in‑person group for adults that uses improvisation exercises to practice mindfulness. Participants learn to recognize and work with their inner critic, practice emotion regulation, and reinforce positive thinking patterns through creative expression. No acting experience required!

Processing Grief Through Music

If you are experiencing loss-based grief, consider joining this in-person group that uses music and sound to help individuals process their grief in a safe and supportive setting. Music can help grieving individuals express difficult emotions and feel a sense of connection. This 12-week group is open to adults (18+) who have experienced a significant loss, whether that loss is, or is not, related to death. No prior experience with music is required to participate.

All residential and 24-hour programs : Operating as usual . Medication Addiction Treatment (MAT) Programs – Eastern MA CLOSED for patient treatment on Monday, February 23 . This includes MAT programs in Somerville, Lawrence, Hyannis, Brockton, and Attleboro . Medication Addiction Treatment (MAT) – Western MA MAT programs in Springfield, Holyoke, Greenfield, and Orange will be open with abbreviated hours.
