BHN is getting ready to launch a new Client Portal that will give you convenient, secure access to information and tools related to your care from your computer or mobile device.

The BHN Client Portal is an official, secure BHN resource. When the portal launches, you can feel confident creating an account, signing in and securely saving your information.

With the new portal, you’ll be able to:

View upcoming and past appointments
Complete and sign forms electronically
Join telehealth appointments
View messages and documents
Manage certain notification preferences

How will I get started? When the new Client Portal is available, clients will receive an email from BHN when they have an appointment scheduled or a form to complete. The email will include instructions for setting up an account, downloading the app, and signing in securely.

No action is needed yet. Watch for an email from BHN when the portal is ready. We’ll also share additional information and resources to help you get started.
