Today, October 1, the Link Center for Community Behavioral Health opens its doors, expanding access to behavioral health care and support across Greater Worcester. Through the Link Center, children, youth, adults, and families can access mental health treatment, urgent behavioral health care, and crisis support, all designed to help people get the care they need, when they need it.
The Link Center for Community Behavioral Health provides routine counseling, psychiatric care, and support for adults, children, youth, and families, along with same day urgent and crisis services. When you need help right away, crisis and urgent care services are also available:
Through BHN The Link, individuals and families can also access a growing range of behavioral health, recovery, and community-based services:
Some BHN The Link programs, including Developmental Disabilities services, One Care, ACCS, and PACT, are accessed through specific referral pathways and are not open to direct community referrals.

Community Support Program (CSP): Outreach and case management to help adults connect with behavioral health care, resources, and community supports.
Residential Substance Use Treatment & Recovery:
Department of Mental Health (DMH) Programs
Developmental Disabilities Clinical Team: Specialized mental health treatment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including therapy, medication management, skills training, behavioral consultation, and care coordination.
One Care: Care management and coordination for eligible members.
