Helping Families Thrive, Together
BHN’s Support and Stabilization Comprehensive Services help families stay safely together through adaptable, trauma-informed in-home and community-based support. With progressive levels: Family, Intensive, Therapeutic and our Abilities Support Team, services adjust to meet each family’s evolving needs.
Using a two-generational approach, multidisciplinary teams support both caregivers and children, aiming to prevent separation, promote reunification, and build lasting resilience. In partnership with DCF, BHN offers consistent communication and wraparound care to foster stability, emotional well-being, and long-term success.
