The Link Center for Community Behavioral Health Now Serving Greater Worcester

BHN is expanding access to behavioral health care and support across Greater Worcester, bringing together mental health care, crisis services, substance use treatment and recovery, community-based support, and specialized services.

At the center of this growing network is the Link Center for Community Behavioral Health, providing mental health treatment, urgent care, and crisis support for children, youth, adults, and families.

Mental Health and Crisis Support

The Link Center for Community Behavioral Health provides routine counseling, psychiatric care, and support for adults, children, youth, and families, along with same day urgent and crisis services.

When you need help right away, crisis and urgent care services are also available:

Mobile Crisis Intervention: 24/7 crisis assessment and stabilization in the community.
Adult Crisis Stabilization: Short-term residential care to help adults stabilize during a mental health crisis.

Community Support Program (CSP): Outreach and case management to help adults connect with behavioral health care, resources, and community supports.

Residential Substance Use Treatment & Recovery
The Spark, Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS): Residential treatment and support for adults beginning or continuing their recovery.
The Journey, Transitional Support Services (TSS): Residential support to help adults strengthen their recovery and prepare for their next steps.
