BHN The Link

Behavioral Health Network is proud to introduce The Link at BHN, bringing together a comprehensive network of mental health and substance use services designed to support individuals, families, and communities throughout Greater Worcester.

On September 17,2026, BHN is proud to welcome the first group of Link staff members and clients to join the BHN community through the Community Support Program (CSP) at 162 Chandler St in Worcester. We are thrilled to have these talented and dedicated staff members join BHN and continue their critical work providing outreach and case management support to some of Worcester’s most vulnerable residents.

This milestone marks the beginning of a broader expansion of services in Worcester. Additional staff and clients will join The Link at BHN on September 24 and October 1 through programs connected to the community behavioral health center, substance use continuum of care and the specialized Department of Mental Health support programs (ACCS and PACT) previously operated by Community Healthlink (CHL).

These staff and clients officially joining The Link at BHN mark the culmination of months of planning and preparation to ensure that there is no gap in care in Worcester as Community Healthlink ceased operation. We are grateful to all who have trusted us with this critical work and those who contributed so much to make this effort successful.

Most importantly, this transition is about people. We are thrilled to welcome new colleagues to BHN and look forward to learning from one another as we continue to serve the Worcester community together. Their experience, dedication, and commitment to person-centered care will strengthen our organization and enhance the services available throughout the region.

As The Link at BHN begins this next chapter, we remain focused on improving lives and strengthening communities through compassionate, accessible, and high-quality care. We are excited to welcome new colleagues, support those we serve, and continue building a stronger behavioral health system for Greater Worcester.
