What is PTSD?
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after you experience or witness something overwhelming or traumatic. It can affect anyone, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
Common Symptoms of PTSD:
- Nightmares or trouble sleeping
- Flashbacks or unwanted memories
- Feeling numb or disconnected
- Anxiety or feeling on edge
- Avoiding reminders of what happened
- Changes in mood, like irritability or sadness
