Introducing BHNTeleCare

BHN has introduced an innovative new program, BHNTeleCare connecting individuals with therapists by phone or through a secure internet connection.

This new program allows those currently served by BHN to continue counseling sessions with their therapists via the Internet or by phone, and new individuals are welcome to use this new resource.

While BHN’s outpatient clinics are operating reduced hours for in-person sessions due to the COVID-19 crisis, BHN is open for business and our counselors are available via BHNTeleCare seven days a week.

Sessions and therapists available:

  • 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

While BHN’s physical outpatient clinics are closed to sessions and therapists are working remotely, those needing an internet connection or assistance with using the technology can access BHNTeleCare services at several of BHN’s outpatient clinics. There, they will be able to use a monitor to access their therapist who will be working remotely.

Children, youth and family programs continue to accept new clients and remain available to those who need them. Individuals will continue to receive all services with the same level of support via remote technology.
