Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (“BHN”) is providing notice of a recent incident that may affect the security of information for current and former individuals served by BHN. The confidentiality, privacy, and security of information in BHN’s care is one of its highest priorities and BHN takes this incident very seriously. To date, BHN has not received any reports of actual or attempted misuse of your information.
As MA continues to be impacted by Coronavirus (COVID-19) the health and safety of Behavioral Health Network (BHN) employees and individuals served remains our top priority. As a healthcare provider we are taking all steps necessary to ensure our essential services continue to be available to those who need them.
To contribute to community health and safety, BHN has adopted social distance recommendations provided by public health officials. Where feasible, staff will work remotely and individuals will be served via remote technologies. In addition, BHN has increased its worksite disinfection protocols to reduce exposure to the virus.
