Oakdale Mental Health Clinic

The Oakdale Clinic is a community based licensed
outpatient mental health program providing on-site and
outreach services to the community. The clinic also houses
the Community Rehabilitative Support program that provides intensive case management and therapy and medication services to individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health.

Outpatient Services
The Oakdale clinic offers outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Psychiatric services are also available for adults. These services include:

• Diagnostic Evaluations, Intake and Referral
• Adult Psychiatry and Medication Management
• Individual, Group, Couples and Family Therapy

Community Rehabilitative Support Program (CRS)
The Oakdale Clinic houses the DMH funded Community Rehabilitative Services (CRS) program that provides individuals with serious mental illness a variety of assistance and support in order to help them live as independently as possible in the community. These services are supported by a medical team comprised of psychiatrists, clinical nurse specialists and psychiatric nurses.

The Clinic is open Monday through Friday,
9 AM to 5 PM.
