City Clinic | City Clinic HHC

City Clinic, is a community-based outpatient program providing bilingual (English/Spanish) culturally competent services to the Holyoke community. Our bilingual Master’s and Doctoral level Clinicians, Nurses, and Psychiatrists provide assessment and treatment to clients dealing with a wide range of mental health and substance abuse issues.

At City Clinic our goal is to contribute towards a healthier community, not only by providing specialized mental health services but also through community involvement and advocacy. City Clinic’s staff works with Holyoke Health Center’s doctors and nurses in responding to mental health emergencies at the Center, in providing advice on appropriate psychiatric medications, and in collaboratively treating clients with depression and substance abuse problems.

We are also part of a collaborative including Holyoke Health Center and MSPCC to extend mental health care to Hispanic children. We have actively collaborated with other programs to increase awareness of the specific needs of the Latino population and with the community at large to promote the development of culturally and linguistic appropriate practices in all areas of service delivery. Services are available for ages 5 and up and all cultural groups.

• Individual, Group, Family and Couples Therapy
• Psychiatric Assessment and treatment
• Case Consultation
• Outreach mental health counseling available: Home visits, in school settings and residential programs
• Substance Abuse assessment and treatment
• Emergency mental health interventions

City Clinic Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9am – 7pm
Friday: 9am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 3pm
