Mount Tom Center for Mental Health
and Recovery
is a
community based licensed
outpatient mental
health and substance abuse
program providing
on-site and outreach services to the community.
Master and Doctoral level staff provide services in
the following areas: child and adolescent, adult, developmentally delayed/mental health, substance abuse and dual diagnosis (SA/MI). Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is also available. A medical team comprised of psychiatrists and clinical nurse specialist supports these services.

Outpatient Services offered (ages 5 and up) include:
- Diagnostic Evaluations, Intake and Referral
- Child and Adult Psychiatry, Medication Management
- Individual, Couples, Family and Group Therapy
- Substance Abuse Assessment, Treatment and Education
- Developmental Disability/Mental Health
- Geriatric Mental Health
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Survivor Resource Center
The Survivor Resource Center (SRC), a program of Mount Tom Center
for Mental Health and Recovery, is funded by the Catholic Diocese of Springfield and aims
to establish a helping relationship with survivors of clergy sexual abuse. The SRC's
goal is to help individual's identify their current needs and to help them
locate and access appropriate community services that have the potential
to improve the quality of the personal and/or family life of the survivor. Services
that the SRC can help with include: employment assistance; budgeting;
referrals for financial management, mental health and substance abuse
treatment, family support and educational assistance. The Clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 8 PM and on Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
